Really? Raping an eight year old girl so violently that her rectum protrudes into a tear in her vagina isn’t a cime deserving of the death penalty? Anthony Kennedy and the others in this minor majority may need to be impeached, because frankly, the injustice they did today rises to the level of a high crime against all that is decent and good.
I’ll be interested to learn how the D.C. gun ban case comes out, maybe tomorrow. Because if I ever have a daughter, I’m definitely going to want a gun (not that I’m anywhere near Washington, but overturning that ban would secure our Second Amendment rights nationwide pretty handily, I believe…).
Not that I’m anywhere near Massachusetts, either, but I’d sure love to put this guy out of work. Talk about lousy timing; it’s bad enough that he feels this way, and he deserves to suffer – financially, please; I’m not inciting any physical harm against anyone for something as minor as statements of stupid, morally bankrupt opinions – but to have this come to light just as we all learn how retarded some of our “intellectual” “superiors” can really be on this subject, well, sucks to be him.
